TikTok | Event Edits and Social
Programs: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator
Role: Video Editor, Motion Designer
As part of Global Brand Studio, I worked on a variety of social content for TikTok events, including behind-the-scenes footage and interviews. Below are some key events where I played a major role in editing and creative execution.
Cannes
For Cannes, I handled multiple social video edits featuring top TikTok creators. I worked on:
A behind-the-scenes video with Adrian Per, showcasing what he carries while traveling and how to create content on the go.
A promotional video with Jera, highlighting TikTok Symphony, a new feature for creators.
An internal Cannes recap video, a high-energy edit capturing key moments. A quick-cut, fun video with our host, Nurys, summarizing the event.
New York Fashion Week
For New York Fashion Week, TikTok partnered with three creators to design full-sized outfits in their distinct styles. To showcase their creative process, I edited a series of videos in a popular CapCut-inspired format, incorporating dynamic animations and smooth transitions.
Edited videos showcasing three creators designing full-sized outfits in their unique styles.
Used CapCut-inspired edits with dynamic animations and smooth transitions.
Worked with inconsistent creator-submitted footage, supplementing missing content with stock visuals. One creator submitted footage last-minute over the weekend, requiring quick turnaround.
Maintained creative freedom while staying within event design guidelines.
Developed ASMR-style openings using fashion stock footage with layered sound effects (scissors cutting, zippers pulling, etc.).
Final videos were displayed on screens next to the designers’ outfits.
Symphony Creative Studio
Social ad for TikTok's Symphony Creative Studio, an AI-powered video generation tool that helps advertisers create TikTok-native ad content at scale. TikTok partnered with a content creator to explain how other creators could use Symphony as a tool in their own ad-making process. I led the motion graphics for the spot and kept pacing quick with punchy animations to match her voiceover and pull focus to key moments as she walked through the tool's features. For the sections highlighting Symphony's interface, I referenced the platform's actual UI design language while adapting it to feel custom-built for this specific video, rather than a literal screen recording.
