I joined IS+AT and AVP (Association of Volleyball Professionals) to create video content for the 2023 season, marking AVP’s 40th Anniversary. I developed the overall design and motion graphics look for the season’s hype videos and highlight reels, ensuring a cohesive visual style across all tournament stops. Each project was delivered as an editable template for flexibility and consistency.
For 2024, I continued this work by leading the motion graphics and visual design for the season opener hype video, refining the look to maintain a fresh yet familiar style carried over from the anniversary season.
The Challenge
Sifting through hours of footage from AVP and broadcast sources to find the best moments, including archival footage from iconic seasons.
Balancing branding with excitement—the goal was to highlight the vibe and energy more than just the gameplay itself.
Evolving the 40th Anniversary design for the 2024 season while maintaining a cohesive look.

2023 Season | 40th Anniversary Video Edits & Graphics
Created city-specific hype videos for each tournament stop, focusing on the atmosphere, fans, and players.
Edited game highlight reels to showcase key plays and standout athletes.
Followed the anniversary’s Miami Vice-inspired branding, using the provided 80s-inspiration, and creating the visual style for graphics while providing user-friendly, editable templates.

Led the visual direction and motion graphics for the season launch promo.
Developed an evolution of the 40th Anniversary gradient, keeping the same vibrant feel with slight refinements.
Created dynamic gradient effects that moved like waves, reinforcing the beach volleyball
