Disney+ | WandaVision Social & Email Campaigns
Programs: After Effects, Photoshop
Role: Motion Designer
Years: 2020-2021
WandaVision, the first Marvel Studios series in the MCU, needed a dynamic and engaging social and email campaign to build excitement before its early 2021 debut and sustain audience interest throughout the season. I helped craft a multi-platform strategy using cinemagraphs, GIFs, and video edits to capture the show's unique visual storytelling and mystery.
Goals
Generate buzz before the premiere with teaser assets.
Engage audiences throughout the season with strategic content drops.
Enhance visibility across social, email, and streaming platforms.

Social & Streaming Platform Strategy
To create an immersive experience, I developed cinemagraphs from teaser art, 360 artwork, and Roku takeover assets.
Strategic Release Plan:
Teaser Cinemagraph Art – Released before the show’s debut to spark curiosity.
360 Cinemagraphs – Launched after the first episode to deepen engagement.
Roku Takeover – A blend of cinemagraph and static art that took over Roku homescreens on release day.
Email Campaign Strategy
To keep audiences engaged, I designed GIFs for targeted email campaigns.
Email Types & GIF Integration:
Coming Soon Teasers – Building anticipation before release. [Insert GIF]
GroupWatch Feature Email – Encouraging fans to experience WandaVision together.
Dedicated “WandaVision Coming Soon” Email – Driving sign-ups and pre-release excitement.
New Episode Drops – Keeping audiences engaged throughout the season.
